BOOKINGS:
✓Please use the booking form that is under each course to make your initial booking.
✓ We will email you to advise you if a space is still available and you will be sent an invoice for the deposit. This will include details on how to pay as well as the course information. You will receive an email receipt.
✓ A non-refundable deposit of £30/day will secure your place.
✓ We no longer take card payments over the phone - you can pay by BACs, card via the invoice or cheque.
✓ The balance of payment is due a month before the course so an invoice will be emailed out six weeks before the course to give you plenty of notice.

Cancellations:
US – in the rare event that we have to cancel a course we will make every effort to contact all those booked on the course so you can decide whether or not you wish to transfer to another course or pull out with a full refund.
YOU:
If you cancel four weeks before the course date the deposit is forfeit but any balance that has been paid will be refunded or transferred to another course
If you cancel two weeks before the course the balance will only be refunded if the place can be filled
If you cancel a week before, or even less, no refund will be given.
