Programme: 
10am - Welcome and Opening Circle 
10.30am – Laughter Yoga 
12.30 – Home-cooked vegetarian lunch 
1.30pm – Breathwork and Meditation 
3pm – Tea break with homemade cakes 
3.30pm – Restorative Yoga 
4.30pm approx. – Closing Circle
