Watershed Garden Parties
We love garden parties! Now you too can enjoy the exclusive use of our garden and grounds for your own unique private day time function such as wedding anniversary, christening, birthday party or family gatherings etc. Watershed is surrounded by eight acres of garden and fields providing a peaceful, rural daytime location away from the madding crowds.
If you want to self cater and organise the whole event yourselves, including clearing up, the basic price is from £300 to £400 depending on numbers.
However, if you wish us to staff the event (and organise it all if necessary) and provide crockery, cloths, etc the charge ranges from £400 for a small group to £650 for a larger party depending on what you require.
This will include:
The exclusive use of the garden and grounds for the day
Experienced events organiser on site to help and assist
7m x 7m trapeze marquee with bunting for a small group and an additional 4m x 8m tent for larger groups
Seating and tables for up to 60 with an option for more
Plenty of convenient parking on hard standing and field
The studio with it's two toilets, baby changing space, quiet area etc (incl. disabled friendly loo) plus this a very useful space to decamp to if the weather is very inclement.
At least one member of staff will be available at all times to ensure the smooth running of your event—we are here to help whether or you are self catering or not. We are happy to discuss various options, prices and dates with you so why don't you give us a call or email.
Catering
We also love cooking for all our visitors to Watershed and can cater for your function if you wish. Farmhouse teas are a speciality with a generous selection of delicious sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones with jam and clotted cream. Price on application per head. We can also provide hot and cold buffet lunches with desserts – all in our well-known, hearty farmhouse style. We can also help with crockery hire, flower arrangements, etc on an individual cost basis.
